A villa at the edge of an unnamed Slovak village with a breathtaking view. This is the final design chosen by our clients, and as they say – it’s heading into production.

The layout of the house was quite a challenging puzzle for us, which is why we’re presenting this design through a video that showcases the floor plan. One of the most interesting features of the house is the placement of 10 parking spaces in the basement.

The house consists of three above-ground levels, divided into a garage in the basement, the main living area with a pool on the ground floor, and the night zone on the top floor. The views from the living area extend to all important directions – from the entrance to the plot all the way to the opposite edge, offering stunning vistas of the village and the distant mountain ranges.
