A villa located at the edge of an unnamed Slovak village with a stunning view. The layout of the house was quite a challenging puzzle for us, which is why we are presenting this design in a video that showcases the floor plan. One of the interesting features of the house is that we managed to fit 10 parking spaces into the basement.

The villa consists of three above-ground floors, with a garage in the basement, the main living area with a swimming pool on the ground floor, and the night zone on the top floor. We also managed to create a „U“-shaped layout with a cozy terrace, where the windows of the pool, living room, and kitchen all meet — offering a beautiful view from this central space.
