In the design of this villa, we used our typical long white lines combined with darker cladding. The building is situated on a steep slope and, additionally, on a relatively small plot. The villa includes four guest apartments, a study, a main master suite, a wine cellar, a wellness area, and other spaces.

The house is spread over three floors, and therefore, an elevator is an essential feature for a building of this type. The entrance is unusually located on the top floor, offering a beautiful view into the living room and, through the two-story glazing, also a view of the city.
